What kind of market research does Trifacta Data provide?
We're a market research and consultancy firm that produces both syndicated and custom reports across more than 10 industry domains. Our reports combine primary interviews, secondary data, and expert review to give you a full picture of market size, growth drivers, competitive dynamics, and forecasts you can act on.
02
What's the difference between a syndicated report and a custom report?
A syndicated report is pre-built research on a specific market that's available to any client who purchases it — ideal if you need fast, cost-effective coverage of a defined segment. A custom report is built from scratch around your specific questions, geography, or competitive set, and is scoped and priced individually. Most clients start with a syndicated report and add custom research where they need more depth.
03
Can I see a sample before I buy a report?
Yes. Every report page has a "Get a free sample" option that sends you a condensed version covering the table of contents, market segmentation, and a portion of the findings, so you can evaluate the report before purchasing.
04
What does the 20% free customisation include?
Every report purchase includes free customisation of up to a fifth of its scope — for example, adding a country or company profile, narrowing a segment, or adjusting the base year. If your request goes beyond that, our analysts will scope it and quote it as a paid customisation.
05
Which industries and regions do you cover?
We currently research across industries — including healthcare, electronics, automotive, chemicals and materials, information communication and technology, and agriculture — spanning 16+ countries. You can see the full list on our Industries page, and if a market you need isn't listed, get in touch — we regularly take on new coverage areas.
06
What research methodology do you use?
Every study runs through our QCQ framework — Qualitative, Competitive, and Quantitative analysis — combining primary interviews with executives and industry leaders, secondary data cross-checked against filings and trade records, and validation from domain experts before a report is published.
07
Do you use AI — and how is this different from just asking a chatbot?
We use AI tools internally to move faster through data — aggregating sources, surfacing patterns, and drafting first passes — but AI never writes a finding on its own. Every figure is still sourced, triangulated, and signed off by a human analyst before it reaches you. That's the difference from asking an AI chatbot directly: a model can only produce a plausible-sounding estimate from what's already been written. It has no access to the executive interviews behind our reports, no way to verify a number against a filing, and no knowledge of anything that's happened since its training data was frozen. Our reports are AI-accelerated, but human-verified.
08
How long does it take to receive a report after I purchase it?
Syndicated reports are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Custom research timelines depend on scope and are agreed upfront when you submit a request through our Customise a Report page.
09
What format do reports come in, and who can use a license I purchase?
Reports are delivered as PDF and Excel data packs. A single-user license is for one named reader; multi-user and enterprise licenses are available if the report needs to be shared across a team — let us know your team size when you check out and we'll quote the right license.
10
How do you make sure your data is accurate and unbiased?
We triangulate demand and supply-side data from primary interviews and secondary sources, and every model is reviewed by an independent domain expert before publication. We don't accept sponsorship from companies profiled in a report, which keeps our findings unbiased.
11
What happens if I need help after I've purchased a report?
Our analysts are available 24×7×365 for any question about a report's methodology, data, or findings. Reach out through the Contact Us page or the analyst contact listed on your report, and we'll follow up directly.
